General scope and applicability

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers available on the Ffbet platform, including no‑deposit bonuses, welcome/deposit bonuses, free spins, free bets and any promotional offers issued by the operator. They form an integral part of the Website's Promotional Terms and work in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of inconsistency, these Bonus Terms prevail for matters relating to bonuses.

Eligibility and account integrity

  • Bonuses are awarded to a single identifiable person per household and per device, per payment method, per email address, and per IP address. Any overlap may lead to withdrawal or reversal of bonuses and related winnings.
  • Ffbet reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any bonus at its sole discretion, including for suspected misconduct or violation of these terms.
  • Participation in promotions may be limited by jurisdiction. Some territories are excluded from receiving bonuses or eligible for promotions only under specific terms. Users are responsible for ensuring their eligibility before activation.
  • Multiple accounts or attempts to obtain multiple bonuses through different accounts, devices, or broken or spoofed identity information are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and account suspension.

Bonus types and how to activate

Ffbet offers several bonus formats. Activation requires account login and an opt‑in process through the Bonus area. Once activated, eligible funds move to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements.

  • No‑Deposit Bonus: Received without making a first deposit, subject to wagering and withdrawal limits as described below. Maximum withdrawable winnings from a no‑deposit bonus are limited to a defined cap in the offer terms (for example, up to a specified amount in the local currency or its equivalent).

Activation flow and use of bonus funds

Upon activation, make the required deposit (where applicable) and the bonus funds will be transferred to the Bonus Panel. Any bonus use is governed by these terms and the applicable promotional terms.

Wagering requirements and contributions

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and winnings derived from them. The standard wagering requirement for general deposit bonuses and no‑deposit promotions is 45 times the sum of the bonus amount (and any winnings attributed to it), unless otherwise stated in the specific offer. When a promotion uses mixed sources (real balance and bonus balance), the bet is considered pro rata between balances, and winnings are distributed accordingly.

  • Example: If a wager is 60 and 50 is drawn from the real balance and 10 from the bonus balance, a total win of 420 would be allocated as 350 to the real balance and 70 to the bonus balance, based on the proportion of each balance involved in the wager.
  • Games contribute differently to wagering. In general, slot play contributes 100% toward wagering, while certain games may be excluded or contribute at reduced rates as specified in the offer rules.

Game weight and exclusions

Bonus wagering may be restricted to specific game types or providers. Jackpot, live dealer, and certain table games are often excluded from bonus wagering. Stake limits and win caps during a bonus

Maximum winnings from a single bonus may be capped, and certain combinations or strategies may be restricted as described in the offer.

Verification and documentation

Ffbet reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity and to confirm bonus eligibility and payout requests before processing winnings from bonus play. Acceptable documents may include:

  • Government‑issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card).
  • Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) not older than three months.
  • A selfie of the user holding the ID for identity verification.

Withdrawal of bonus funds and winnings

Withdrawal of winnings earned from bonus play is permitted only after the wagering requirements are fully met. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting wagering, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. If a user elects to cancel the bonus, the bonus amount and all winnings derived from it will be deducted from the balance.

Expiration, validity and forfeiture

Bonuses have defined validity periods. Casino bonuses are typically valid for a set number of days from the date of credit (commonly seven days). If the bonus period expires without meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and associated winnings are voided. Promotions ownership and modification rights

Ffbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus, promotional term, or staking requirement at any time without prior notice. Any such changes apply to active promotions and future offers alike. Prohibited conduct and promotional abuse

The following acts may constitute abuse of bonuses and lead to forfeiture or account termination: collusion with others, multi‑accounting, systematic use of betting systems to meet wagering while minimizing risk, disruptive timing of wagering, disproportionate bets relative to the deposited amount, cancellation of bonuses mid‑wager, and any conduct deemed abusive by Ffbet. The operator may impose additional restrictions on specific game types or promotions to prevent abuse.

Single bonus active at a time

Only one bonus may be active in a given account at any moment. Deposits made in conjunction with another bonus cannot be combined, and attempts to stack multiple bonuses may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings.

Data protection and privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information used for the purpose of promotions will be disclosed only as necessary to administer the promotion and as required by law. Personal data included in promotional results may be used in promotional disclosures consistent with the minimum information necessary for identification.

Disputes, moderation and governing law

Any dispute arising from bonus terms, eligibility, wagering, or withdrawals shall first be subject to the operator’s internal dispute resolution procedures. If unresolved, disputes may be governed by applicable law and brought before the competent courts as specified by the Website’s General Terms.
