General Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These General Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Ffbet website and all services provided (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotional terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility, Age and Territorial Restrictions

The Company may update the list of Excluded Jurisdictions at any time and without notice. You must discontinue use if located in any Excluded Jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • 3.1 Registration in your own name: To access all Services, you must open a personal account registered in your own legal name.
  • 3.2 One account policy: Only one account per person, address, telephone number or email address. Duplicate or linked accounts are prohibited and may be closed with affected promotions and winnings canceled.
  • 3.3 Confidentiality of credentials: You must keep login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any transactions performed by anyone who uses your credentials.
  • 3.4 Prohibition on transfer: You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights or balances, including winnings, deposits, or bets.
  • 3.5 Unauthorized use: You may not use another person’s login credentials to access the Services.
  • 3.6 Accuracy and updates: You must keep your registration information current and immediately notify us of any changes.
  • 3.7 Inactivity charges: The Company reserves the right to levy a monthly inactivity charge of 25 EUR after six (6) months of inactivity on an account.

4. Verification and Compliance (KYC)

We may request information and documentation to verify identity, age, residence, and the source of funds. You must provide certified copies of documents (e.g., passport or national ID, proof of address, and payment method ownership) within ten (10) days of request. We may suspend or withhold payments until verification is complete, and may permanently close the account for non-provision of requested materials. The standard verification process is conducted within one (1) business day, subject to additional checks where necessary.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

  • 5.1 Financial processing: All monetary operations are processed directly by the Company or by designated payment service providers. Deposits and withdrawals occur through available payment methods on the Website. Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used to fund the account where feasible.
  • 5.2 Balance characteristics: The account balance is not a bank deposit and bears no interest; it is not insured by any deposit guarantee scheme unless required by applicable law.
  • 5.3 Debiting and chargebacks: By depositing, you authorize the Company to debit your balance for applicable charges, fees or obligations arising from your activity. You agree not to initiate chargebacks for deposits and to compensate the Company for associated costs if chargebacks occur.
  • 5.4 Minimum and limits: The Company may set minimum and maximum deposit limits at its sole discretion. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier and may be changed with notice.
  • 5.5 Refunds and reversals: Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. No refunds are available for funds or bonuses that have been wagered or PLAYED. Refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of the alleged transaction or within 30 days if another person or a minor accessed the account. Refunds depend on payment method and may take 1–5 banking days. The Company may withhold refunds or reverse transactions pending identity verification.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Promotions Terms

Bonuses and promotions are governed by separate terms and conditions specific to each offer. Eligibility, wagering requirements, maximum winnings, and time limits apply and are described in the corresponding Promotion Terms. Promotion participation may require opt-in. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion and may invalidate winnings derived from fraudulent or improper use of promotions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • 7.1 Anti-fraud and collusion: Collusion with other players or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
  • 7.2 Automation and manipulation: Use of bots, automation, scripting, or other techniques to influence outcomes is prohibited.
  • 7.3 Misuse of identity or payment methods: Impersonation, providing false information, or the use of stolen or unauthorized payment instruments is prohibited.
  • 7.4 Security and integrity: Attempts to breach, bypass, or exploit the Website’s security or systems are prohibited.
  • 7.5 Content and IP misuse: Reproduction, distribution, or misrepresentation of the Company’s content or services outside the scope of the provided tools is prohibited.

8. Use of the Services, Intellectual Property and User Content

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal entertainment purposes. You retain ownership of your own content; by uploading or submitting content, you grant Ffbet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, publish, publicly perform or display, and to create derivative works as necessary for the operation of the Services. This license ends when you remove the content, except for instances where others have already obtained copies. This license does not affect your privacy rights. If you provide content publicly, you acknowledge that others may access it via the Services and, where applicable, through third-party services.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

The Company promotes responsible gaming. If you believe you or someone is at risk of gambling-related harm, you may set self-exclusion, limits, or request withdrawal blocks in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy. 11. Disputes, Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will respond to any complaint promptly. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority in the jurisdiction where the Company is licensed or where the activity occurred. You may also submit a formal complaint through the channels described in the Support section. Time limits for filing complaints are set by applicable law and the governing regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company may amend these Terms, and any incorporated policies, at its sole discretion. material changes will be communicated on the Website with an effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must close your account and cease using the Services.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third-party providers necessary to deliver the Services.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Company is licensed to operate the Services. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Language, Interpretation and Versioning

The English version of these Terms prevails in case of inconsistency with translations. Other language versions are provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the English text shall control.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion with or without notice, including for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms or applicable law, or at your request. Upon termination, the Company may close the account and refund any residual funds in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy, subject to due process and compliance checks.

18. Service Changes and Availability

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services, with or without notice. We will provide reasonable notice if such changes materially affect your rights under these Terms where possible.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. The maximum liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to the Company in the preceding twelve (12) months, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

20. Breach and Compensation

Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, withholding of winnings, and/or legal action. You may be liable to compensate the Company for losses resulting from your breach, including costs of enforcement and investigation.

21. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective proprietors or the Company, as applicable. The Services and all materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted only the rights expressly stated in these Terms.

22. Personal Data, Cookies and Third-Party Services

Our use of cookies and collection of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may provide links to third-party services; such services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Company has no liability for third-party content or services.

23. Waiver, Severability and Entire Agreement

A failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
